Film - Late Spring

I wanted to document Portland’s late spring and the vibrant colors of the city that is slowly becoming a new home for me. These small, everyday images are a reminder for me to slow down and look at the beauty of the world around me, while living in the moment. Shooting film is a meditative process that takes patience and a lot of fine tuning. In some ways, the reminder to slow down keeps me in line with the state of my mental health and allows me to check in with myself each day.
